Delay in delivery: Delivery delay from our suppliers shall not give rise to any liability from BG Marketing T/A Essence of Beauty.

Direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage: except as provided in section 2 of UNFAIR CONTRACTS Terms Act of 1977 (liability to death or personal injury resulting from negligence). Essence of Beauty accept no responsibility in any circumstances for any direst, indirect or consequential loss or damage however arising.

Minimum Order: The minimum order accepted is $20.

No order submitted by the buyer shall be deemed to be accepted by Essence of Beauty unless and until confirmed by Essence of Beauty's authorised representative.

Colours: due to photography, colour of actual cosmetics can sometimes vary from the photographs shown in the website. Unfortunately, as this cannot be prevented, we are happy to refund any unused cosmetics.

Price: the price of DARPHIN products are listed on the relevant pages on Essence of Beauty's web site and is current at the time of acceptance of order. The prices are exclusive from any Taxes in the Buyers country. The prices may change without any notification.

Delivery: The goods are send by registered post and Essence of Beauty is responsible to recover lost packages in our country. In the buyers country the Buyer will be responsible to negotiate with the local delivery firm.

Payments: By Credit Cards goods are despatched after full payment received by Essence of Beauty's appointed clearing descriptor Worldpay Ltd..

Order Cancellation: The Costumer has the right to cancel the order within seven days and return the goods unopened, new and resalable condition costumer's expense. We will refund the cost of goods excluding outgoing postage and packing.

Product material faults: in case of Faulty or Discoloured goods will be replaced on the return of the faulty product at Essence of Beauty's cost.

Other returns are not accepted unless it has been approved by the DARPHIN UK Main Dealer or they representative. It must be in original packaging and unused, resalable condition with no additional marking.

Any return claims is expired after 30 day from despatch.

Law: These terms and conditions shall be concluded in conjunction with the Laws of England.

Arbitration; All disputes arising in connection with a contract shall be submitted of the arbitration of a person appointed by the President of Law Society in UK
